The Phoenix E/MS 3.3 meter printer incorporates Mutoh's proven piezo drop-on-demand inkjet technology. With a maximum resolution of up to 720/1440 dpi, the Phoenix E/MS 3.3 meter printer is targeted at existing super wide-format users looking for an economical printing solution capable of producing high quality output.
The unit can be set up with Eco-Solvent Ultra or Mild Solvent inks for sign applications. Prints made with Mutoh's Eco-Solvent Ultra and mild solvent inks are UV- and water-resistant for up to three years.
The Phoenix E 3.3 meter Eco-Solvent Ultra printer prints super wide indoor and outdoor outputs on (eco-) coated and uncoated media. Mutoh's Eco-Solvent Ultra ink offers signmakers the outdoor benefits of solvent inks, yet making it possible to use the printer in a working environment where no forced ventilation is required.
The Phoenix MS printer, using Mutoh's Spitfire mild solvent inks, is suited for printing on a wide range of uncoated, eco-coated and coated substrates. Fitted with Spitfire Mild Solvent inks, you can rely on Mutoh's optional air purification system to bring the solvent vapours in the printing environment far below international safety levels.

The new Spitfire 65/90 Extreme printers will perfectly address the needs of typical sign makers, focusing on volume production of outdoor prints, who require mid-term outdoor use (up to 3 years) as well as high and medium printing speed on standard available outdoor uncoated substrates.
The Spitfire 65/90 Extreme printers are the successors of Mutoh's Spitfire 65/90 series printers. They incorporate Mutoh's proprietary & revolutionary Intelligent Interweaving printing technology, called i², as well as newly developed 540 dpi productivity print modes. Spitfire 65/90 Extreme printers deliver IMPECCABLE* production output quality for both sign and photo applications up to 16.5 m²/h uncoated media ! The 540 x 720 dpi print mode will moreover consume up to 30% less ink versus 720x720 dpi output.
Targeted at speed-intensive sign production applications, the Spitfire Extreme 8 channel printers are set up in 2 x 4 colour configuration. Spitfire CMYK inks offer a high saturation, resulting in brilliant colours and a wide comfortable colour gamut. The inks moreover have excellent drying and drop fixation characteristics, allowing fast print speeds on a wide range of popular self-adhesive PVC. As a result of this high saturation characteristics, ink restrictions can be set high, resulting in low ink consumption, although keeping much brilliance throughout the entire colour pallet at all luminance levels.
